The best service I've ever had from a bank

Dear Standard Bank, Normally people write on here to complain, but I was so impressed with one of your employees that I felt compelled to write something good. I recently submitted a credit card application with SBSA. I am a customer of *Beep* Bank and have been banking with them for years. I have never had a problem with them, but their service has never been as thorough, personal and precise as the service I experienced from Standard Bank. I would like to thank Ms. Viveshnee Ganas in particular. I am not sure if Standard Bank's service is THAT good through all its structures and whether all its employees are as helpful as Ms. Ganas was, but I'm so impressed that I am considering moving all of my accounts to Standard Bank. As I am myself a worker, I only hope Standard Bank appreciates Ms. Ganas and gives her the recognition she deserves for being so good at her job. This goes to show that one does not need hundreds of billboards and adverti*****ts on various platforms to show that you're a company of old-fashioned virtues.
