The best employee standard bank has

On 2014/12/02 I received a call from standard banks call centre regarding a reversal of a transaction. I was informed on 2014/12/19 it will be resolved. On 2014/12/19 i received a sms saying the query was still open. Only today 2015/02/04 was the query resolved. Standard bank is filled with *********** staff. If it was not for Ms Luiza Kilian at Mall@Reds branch I would never have received the money back. She gave the most professional service I have ever received and kept me upto date every step. Standard Bank should do everything possible to retain her. Thank you Luiza for your excellent service! Standard Bank as a whole can learn from you! She is the reason Im keeping my accounts at standard bank. THANK YOU AGAIN LUIZA!!!!
