The best consultant at Standard Bank
I recently lodged a complaint with Standard Bank regarding poor service with their call centre, I was then contacted by Nicole Pilley fron their Retail and Business banking division and from the first contact she exceeded my expectations with her outstanding service, I wish I dealt with her from the very beginning before even having to lodge a complaint.
Keep up the awesome service Nicole, you are an asset to Standard Bank!
