We have a pending Hello Peter complaint for Standard Bank. I sent emails and the query landed up with Nkululeko. He has been amazing - he made contact with both parties ***ner & co owner) and has kept us on the loop of what is happening. Our case will now go over to a different department, however he has indicated that we can still contact him (email / phone) to do a progress follow up, if we want. His attitude made the worlf of difference to an already difficult situation. Hold on to him - he is worth his weight in gold!
