THE BANKS WANTS TO FORECLOSE AND I AM NOT EVEN 2 MONTHS IN ARREARS

a few weeks back I was contacted by the bank to make arrangements to pay back my arrears and an amount of R1500 per week was accepted by the bank as I am not in arrears more than 2 months on my bond due to my working conditions. I thought as the bank accepted the arrangement all would be ok. Suddenly my account was handed over for collection to MAC ROBERT ATTORNEYS and I get messages such as " dispite several attempts by standard bank to make arrangements on my account it was handed over for arrangements and to AVOID FORECLOSURE contact us urgently on ***. That was this morning 08h15. On the 8th I got the same message to avoid further legal action or FORECLOSURE with the same contact details. and the 7 AUGUST THE SAME MESSAGE 3X WITH THE SAME CONTACT DETAILS. i HAVE BEEN PAYING THE R1500 AGREED WITH A STANDARD BANK STAFF MEMBER a few week ago and you can listen to that conversation as they claim it has been recorded. IF THE BANK WANTS THE PROPERTY SO BADLY AND NOT THE MONEY and I must pay for all these additional costs then I have to go to court and let them decide my fate. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF ALL THESE TREATS. I aern a comission why dont they offer me a permanent job then my problems will come to an end. And believe you me I have send my CV for several jobs they offered without even a reply EVEN FROM THE MD's office and I have the e-mails to prove it, so bring on what you want I can do no more.
