The Bank that Stank lost our House's Title Deeds and are generally clueless

<p>We have sold our house. Imagine our excited we were to find out that the numpties at the Band that Stank have lost our title deeds and mortgage documents. We mistakenly thought that the monthly loan admin fee was supposed to pay for the admin associated with the home loan, which really consists of keeping the paperwork safe!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Thall means:</p> <p>1. Transfer of the house has been delayed a minimum of six weeks while an adverti*****t has to be placed in Government Gazette. All the while Standard Bank will happily charge us full interest on the home loan - and we lose the investment interest that we could have earned had we taken transfer now.</p> <p> </p> <p>2. To make matters worse, Standard Bank has not paid the lawyers for the advertising costs of R 2348,30, so I have had to pay these in order to start the process. So not only am I losing out on at least 6 weeks of interest on millions of Rand but I have also had to pay MORE to prevent us losing even more money!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>A bunch of one-winged penguins would be efficient than this... GRRRR!!!!</p>
