The bank that's ripping people off their money

<p>Went to draw money at park central shopping Centre while I still busy the machine went off with my card inside I called the customer service as soon as possible the guy advised me to get the new card inside and he promised me that they not going to charge me anything because it's a retained card I went to calton Centre there by their the lady by the name thandi was helping me she also promised me that they not going to charge me anything to my surprise they charged me R130 for that I called the customer service again since I don't have time to go to the branch and they made me hold for an entire hour I'm so frustrated right now and I want my money back and after that im switching banks</p>
