The Bank that Hides Away from Customer Service
I have a query regarding my home loan and have tried contacting standard Bank via the following channels:<br> <br> Twitter<br> Email (twice)<br> Calls to supp**** landlines and contact centre numbers (numerous attempts that just ring ring ring...)<br> <br> I cannot get someone to help me despite paying banking fees.
