The bank "mistakedly" put me with Credit Beaurea and still hasn't rectified the "mistake"

Disgusted. Found myself with an amountvthat is gravely negatively affecting my Credit score. I went to the Pavillion branch to enquire why i had an amount I knew nothing of, that's on my credit report. They said it was a "technical" mistake. Till today two weeks later. No apologybor communication of any sort has been done to me. Worst part the amountbis still reflecting on the report.....i am livid. To say the least!!!!
