The Bank lost our Title Deed and wont take responsibility for our losses R 47 000

THE update below IS A FOLLOW ON FROM PREVIOUS INFO POSTED HERE.

There has been correspondence between the Bank, ourselves and the Ombudsman and the Attorney who did the property transfer and the Bank apparently SEIZED the opportunity to say there can't be a claim because the original sale agreement isn't valid AS A MEANS TO ESCAPE RESPONSIBILITY...How TACKY! STANDARD BANK ....YOU LOST THE TITLE DEED ADMIT IT AND HAVE NOT GIVEN US AN ACCOUNTABLE. ......NOTE ACCOUNTABLE EXPLANATION in first the first instance of this neglegence over the 'safe keeping' of the property Title Deed and SECONDLY ESCAPE from refunding our losses of R47 000 by seeking technical excuse not to be accountable. This has done further damage to your cause because your Attorneys surely would have RECEIVED A COPY OF THE THE SALE AGREEMENT AND THEREFORE WHY DID YOUR ATTORNEYS ACT ON YOUR BEHALF USING AN INVALID TRANSACTION at the very start??? (In fact most registrations are done on invalid sale agreements I would think because of delays in some form or other, SO YOU HAVE NO POINT WHATSOEVER IN DECIDING THIS.) SECONDLY only a COURT CAN CONCLUSIVELY DECIDE if a contract is invalid. There are differing legal interpretations of what is valid. Most importantly YOU HAVE NOT EXPLAINED THE RELEVANCE OF THE SALE AGREEMENT BEING INVALID OTHER THAN YOU HAVE APPARENTLY SEIZED AN EXCUSE TO ESCAPE ACCOUNTABILITY? The Ombudsman....not really effective in my opinion, they just monitor the flow of argument and they wouldn't like to offend the bank, so obvious. IT'S SHOCKING HOW ORDINARY PEOPLE SUFFER LOSSES. THE QUESTION IS: ARE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS UNTOUCHABLE??

Standard bank did not even see the need to apologise for all the losses they caused us and all the inconvenience to peoples lives AND SADLY IT SEEMS THEY DON'T CARE. I WILL KEEP POSTING THIS I CAN TELL YOU, I'm not going away

Hello I would like to tell everyone that Standard Bank came back to me WEEKS AGO! YES WEEKS AGO! .....to ask what my ID is. .....It is a joke, there is PREVIOUS correspondence relating to this matter and they want to act like this is a new enquiry and to show the public I presume that they "really do care and are acting upon the complaint". Standard Bank apparently does not know how to solve this problem. THEY CANNOT GIVE A RELATIVE FACTUAL ANSWER AS TO WHY WE LOST ALL THIS MONEY DUE TO NEGLIGENCE. If you can't refund our money then at least tell the public why you lost the Title Deed and stand up to your responsibilities. I'm not going away!
