The bank consultant let out my personal information

I'm so disturbed with the fact that a consultant by the name of Shivani Muthasamy from standard bank gateway assisted me with some banking needs 2 weeks later she sent my finance a friend request on Facebook then her husband sent me a message on Facebook telling that he knows I went to standard bank and spoke to his wife which is not true I had no contact with her at all not on WhatsApp or phone calls I don't even know this lady, her husband then contacts my finance and tell her that I am jolling with his wife yet he has no proof, this lady also disclosed all my banking transactions to my finance and told her about a loan I had with standard bank that I did not pay this has broken my relationship and caused me mental stress and she who works for the bank disclosed my info to her husband and unknown people I am now scared for my life what if people come after me knowing what I earn and what funds I am expecting the branch manager of standard bank gateway is aware of this matter yet she is taking so long to provide me feedback
