on the 13 of august I received a sms stating my fica status with the bank I have been banking with for 10 years (standard bank), is outdated, therefore on the 15 of august (today) my account is frozen,i cant access my funds and since I commute to work everyday,i needed funds, so I went to standard bank fourways to get assistance, I was adviced to walk home today since I didn't have my documents to fica with me, I thank you standard bank for your appauling appreciation to my banking with you for so long, I shall sort myself out and I know there is a bank out there willing to go the extra mile for me...
