The rating isn't for standard bank carnival mall because I believe the management needs to seriously consider improving their processes, the queuing time is just too long. However, Nombulelo Selemi turned what was a bad experience into a good one. Her professionalism is on another level, she kept her cool when I was losing it. To add cherry on top, she kept her promise of following up with my misplaced card issue & within a day my issue was resolved.

When I went to collect my card instead of queuing for another 2 hours in vain, I personally asked for her & as per promise she ensured that I don't stand in queue for the 3rd time. As soon as she finished assisting her client, she came & collected me from the queue.
