Thanks for Assisting

Following my last report, I am pleased to write this compliment. The last one was handled very well. The representative I spoke to from CRC was very courteous and competent and advised me that everything would be sorted out which it was. The credit manager that contacted me telephonically went the extra mile. It's great to see a bank that still believes in cultivating and building relationships with their customers.
