I arrived back in SA after a 10 year absence and headed straight to Simmonds Street for a new Bank Card. KEKETSO SANGWENI reminded me why I've remained loyal to Standard Bank. Keketso was professional, yet had a sense of humour, VERY HELPFUL, answered all my questions. He did 'Bank Stuff' that would ensure my future banking experience would be effortless. Frazzled, I ended up having to go back to the bank for bank statements. What I really respected about him was, he knew I wanted to buy WiFi package deal from a cellphone service provider, yet he didn't try "to sell" me the Standard Bank WiFi deals. Because of Keketso's professionalness, I've decided I can wait until after the New Year's break and use the Standard Bank WiFi deals instead.
