Shanil went above and beyond with our issue - even making contact whilst on leave to ascertain whether the person he had left dealing with our issue had followed up as he had explained they would - they had.

Often one deals with impatient, irascible staff within the banking industry - not Shanil. I am truly impressed and very grateful to him.
