I would like to comment Standard Bank Maponya ,Mall on the service I received from them. I went to collect my card on Saturday the 19th September 2020. As we know due to the current circumstances that we find ourselves in, it is not easy to cater for most people as we would normally but this branch worked hard to ensure they offer quick and efficient service to the best of their abilities. The site manager or Supervisor was friendly delegating work accordingly. The consultant who assisted me was Buhle she was friendly, attentively listened and was patient as she was doing her job. I noted that they had to work overtime due to the number of people yet they did it with a smile on their faces and for that I would like to say 'Thank you may they continue to give out superb client service.'
