Today, i went to a nearest brach of Standard bank, in Centurion next to Macdonald. My card would not work at ATM machine, had to go inside branch. Tried to get help from the tellers, was referred to Marcia (one of the customer service consultants. I was already frustrated and wanted to walk out of branch.But i take my hat off to this staff member, Marcia. She was absolutely calm and very efficient.She offered me solutions for the problem i had. My card was tested, and chip found defective. Marcia ordered another card for me, and even gave me advice what to do to access funds while my card is awaited.She informed me card will take 7days to come. But in those 7days, i will be able to access funds, because this very competent young lady offered me solutions. As a client, i am highly and greatly grateful to Marcia for her excellent service.Standard bank business is very lucky to have a staff member like her in their team of customer service consultants. I wish, Marcia the best in her banking career. May she grow and reach all her goals and help Standard bank gain more market share. Excellent ,customer service received from Marcia, thank you.
