Thank You

<p>I just want to say thank you to the Std bank team who dealt with my complaint. I was a very unhappy customer 2 weeks ago when I wrote a very bad Hello Peter Review.</p> <p><br />Since writing my review and dealing with my personal Banker Bonny Bothma from Westgate Std Bank branch things really turned around with Home Loans. After homeloans only wanting to grant 80% of the bond Std Bank has come back with the full amount and a 100% bond.</p> <p> <br />Bonny has always been exceptional and has gone the extra mile. We have bought and Sold 2 homes with Std bank and everytime Bonny has assisted and made the process so much easier. I really feel she is a valuable employee to the bank and should be kept close and looked after. Out of all the people I have ever dealt with she has always given correct communication(this is rare) and tried her best to get the banking needs we require done. Thanks Bonny!</p> <p><br />I also want to thank another employee at Std Bank "Solly"(John Bilanku). This man has worked so hard on our home loan Application and has been so efficient/ quick to communicate updates with us-He is also a valuable employee to the bank and I hope he is looked after and kept within the bank for years to come. </p> <p><br />Thank you for turning my outcome and opionion of STD BANK around.</p> <p> <br /> </p>
