I would like to thank Tamara Lepan for going the extra mile to assist me with my problem at Standard Bank. I have been rude in my complaint but that was due to all the frustration and I do apologise for that. Thank you Tamara for the excellent customer service, because of all your help and effort I will continue dealing with Standard Bank. Thank you also for understanding my frustration and that I am unreachable on my phone sometimes. Things just happened on the wrong days at the wrong time. You brought a huge relief to me today! Thank you!
