Thabisile Nxumalo is an asset to Standard Bank

I'm not so much rating Standard Bank but Thabisile Nxumalo who has seen to it that I am assisted in my entirety after a frustrating journey with the call centre (who I don't really blame either, more so the processes and systems). Thabisile has gotten me the resolution that was expected in the first place, with minimum headaches for me. I appreciate her dedication, her follow up calls, and her ability to actually getting stuff done.
