Terrible service, Standard Bank Boksburg

We are at the Boksburg Standard Bank branch in order for my partner to change his account from a savings to a cheque account..... The service is atrocious..... No wonder a few months ago a lady decided to drive through the doors of this branch... They have redone the bank inside with fancy decor and adds thanking their clients for the journey, yet despite all these visual upgrades, the service is still terrible. We have now been waiting almost an hour just to see a consultant. They have placed a kiosk at the front where you receive a ticket, placing you in a que. The person supposed to work there keeps on disappearing.... Come on Standard Bank Boksburg..... I guess the lounge set up is due to your long waiting periods.... At least you catering for some sort of comfort.
