TERRIBLE SERVICE SQUARED...

I have 2 merchant accounts with Standard Bank. I needed the one machine to be replaced. I had a branch in Alberton but moved the machine back to Benoni. I first had to change the address to Benoni. I have phoned about 3 weeks ago for that. They informed me last week that my machine will take max 48 hours to be delivered. I am still waiting. Apparently it was delivered in Alberton. I was not aware of this. I Informed them I need it to Be delivered in Benoni. They said that it is on its way...Still has not arrived. I am worried about the security as I do not know where the card machine is. I have been paying for a machine for over 2 months that I cant use... It was broken at first and now I don't have one but still pay rental. I will be moving from banks shortly. I will never recommend Standard Bank for business banking. oh yes.another thing.I have had the business account now for almost a year...I am still waiting for my card...Had to go to a branch to get me a card (in Klerksdorp). My card with my name on is still not in my possession. Don't know where it is. They are also always offline. I think Standard Bank have been offline since they opened. Beyond disgusted! Sies man!
