Terrible service regarding OTP

For over a month now it has been virtually impossible to get One Time Passwords (OTP) by SMS from Standard Bank. Either never get them or arrive far too late so that they have expired. I wrote a few times to IB support, tried to call ***many times - but kept getting message that "network is congested". So eventually went to my nearest branch at Constantia Village to change OTP from SMS to email. I signed all the forms and they said it would be done straight away. Get what? 4 days later it has still not been changed. Grrrr. What is also annoying is that one cannot phone the branch, or branch manager - because the phone number given is the same 0860 number. After 50 years I think I'm going to change my bank
