Terrible Service received at Standard Bank Insuran

I took out Home Owners cover recently with Standard Bank and was referred through to King Price<br> <br> I was assured many times that should I need to claim, i must call Standard bank directly<br> <br> Now that I need to claim, I am told to contact King Price<br> <br> Please call me and this was not was discussed on my recorded telephonic conversation<br> <br> <br>
