Terrible service from STD Bank home insurance.

Std Bank really need to improve their internal communication. I reported them on Hello Peter on 14th May re a geyser which burst on 7th May and which I eventually had installed myself and for which I am claiming the money back from them. They are still phoning me to ask if someone has come around to install the geyser iro the insurance claim!!! more than 33 telephone calls and more than 8 e-mails later...
