Terrible service from Std Bank

Just tried to do a SIM SWAP on the standard bank mobile site. This site is terrible. First the scrolling doesn't work, had to adjust my zoom level to 50% to get to the edge of the screen. Then the website doesn't work, and says my request cannot be processed and that I have to call the number listed. Called the number listed but receive an engaged tone. After several attempts, I eventually got through to a person with a terrible accent who says he cannot help as I have to do this on the website. But the torrid website DOESN'T WORK !!!!

Std Bank is the worst bank I ever had the dis-pleasure of banking with. Will change ALL my accounts to a more reputable bank.
