Terrible service from standard bank private banking

<p>I will be applying to move from Standard Bank private banking to Investec Bank. The service has been terrible. I app**** for the Optimal Call Account weeks ago and I have not received the call that I promised. I app**** for a new credit card and I am still waiting for it 3 months later. The service has deteriorated beyond tolerance and I will be moving. Disappointed after 20 years of loyalty.</p>
