Terrible Service from Standard Bank Cards

My standard bank account was sold to a third party. I wanted a statement for when the account was sold and was told that i couldnt get it. The third party raised interest of 80% and said that was what i owed Standardbank which was untrue. Ive had no Joy from Standardbank.
