Terrible Service from Standard bank

Std bank doesnt care about theire clients, i got retrenched last month and send in all the necessary documents to cover my loan. My loan was paid up up front for 6 months all when well. Yesturday money whent out of my account so i phone std bank to find out whats going on more then 22min on the phone, to find out that i need to phone the bank every month or to go to the bank to reverse that debit order. I dont understand this? Im unemployed! Where must i get the money to run after the bank every time? What is my insurance for then?????
