Terrible Service from Standard Bank

<p>i app**** for vehicle finance and all approved till the end and then bank turned down finance due to some technicalties, then asked the bank to close my accounts and someone called to find out why and i gave them my reason and gave them till thursday 16/03/2017 to get back to me and till today still no reponce from the bank or the person that called me. after 14 year of banking with Standard bank and this is the treatment i get. pethetic service from standard bank.</p>
