TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK

I have been waiting for a query to be sorted out on my account since the 8th May.. They do not answer their calls, when someone does they promise to call back and they never do. I have sent a secure message which I was told to do and still my problem has not been sorted out. So disappointing. I'm closing my account with them!!!!
