terrible service from homeloans

<p>the service from standard bank hoemloans is terrible. they dont call to advise on status of any applications. you wait on the fone for over 10 minutes before somebody answers. they then want to know your life history as if you are a *****. they think they are doing us a favour by us having a homelaon with them. </p>
