Terrible Service from Credit Card Division

Please explain to me what happened to my CREDIT balance which I had on my credit card and why it is not available.<br> <br> Really, I am busy to get fed up with Standard Bank's terrible customer service. They just do things without notifying a person. If Standard Bank is carry on like this, I will have to change banks.<br>
