Logged numerous complaints, called numerous times and not a single soul can assist me or get back to me . Even the complaints department doesn't get back to you ? Every consultant tells me the same thing, I will have someone call you back asap...But to this day!!!!!!!! NOTHING !! what on earth is happening at STD Bank?
