Terrible Service - Canal Walk Branch
Canal Walk branch is the slowest branch I have ever experienced. Removing the Forex department from N1 City was a bad move Standard Bank!! Waited over an hour for a forex teller, eventually had to leave and got better service from Western Union, no urgency from frontline staff and Branch Manager, all staff there are on a go slow! I still don't why I bank with them, going on 26years!!
