Terrible service between standard bank & CCD couriers

I ordered a new card and was informed the only way for me to get it would be through CCD courier company. This company has since delivered my card but they are not updating their system to reflect that so that the card can be activated. The working partnership between CCD and Standard Bank is terrible. Standard bank tells me they cannot assist because CCD has not confirmed they have delivered the car to me. While CCD says their driver has not confirmed that he has delivered so basically they also cannot do anything about it. This frustrates me, a week has gone by for me without having full access to my bank account and not performing any transactions which also puts me in difficult position as with my banking commitments.
