TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Again and Again!!!

I called Standard Bank to report rain damage with Standard Bank. Claim number 15/085629.<br> I have called on numerous occassions to ask for feedback......i am being told that the contractor will be at my home at 4pm. I leave work early and these guys dont pitch up. I called Standard Bank again and they tell me the same thing over and over again. I am sick n tired of this. Standard bank is useless!!! <br> I spoke to Mashego on the 25/11 and Tapeso on the 27/11. Can you guys sort this out PLEASE!!!! This is ridicuolous that they take our monies every month but fail to promse what they say.<br> STANDARD BANK IS FLIPPEN USELESS!!!!!!<br> My kitchen cupboards are falling apart...
