Terrible Service

USELESS!! Frustration !!!!Ongoing bad service delivery!!!! My standard bank cheque card does not work due to incompetence staff and processes that they do and dont communicate!

I phoned the prestige call centre numbers to rectify this and the agent i spoke to Joseph Mhlanga who sounds like he is on his death bed , no peoples skills what so ever. he explains the new card when i am talking about my existing card!! Then i ask him to speak with his team leader. Apparently she is on another customer call and will call me back to resolve. I am still waiting for a call , only god knows if this will happen. Team leader name is Kiledile Modise. I took their names down just for this very reason because i know the service call will not be returned. Hence why i am typing this review. I am so sick and tired of bad service from Standard Bank. Why do we have complain shout, write reviews on Hello peter just for you guys to do something. i am now using my credit card due to this incompetence!!!!!!!!!!
