Terrible service

Terrible service from standard bank! I am not well and I have received a call from someone calling on behalf of standard bank from a collection agency stating I owe them 1200 for a account open in 2013 that was never closed which incurred chargers which is utter nonsense I have contacted my lawyer that confirmed if the account did not get payment for 3 months it was to be canceled by standard bank not 6 years later furthermore to that these issues get prescribed after 3 years however standard bank did not contact or advise on anything only after 6 years...i have had many other accounts that were never closed and stopped once payment was not received for the account fees however with standard bank they are out here to rob people who they think are uneducated! Should there be anymore calls I will proceed with legal action!
