Terrible Service

My mom has been sitting at standard bank circus triangle branch since 10am waiting to get a new card and it is 2pm now. No one is serving them or informing them if cards are not being created or whatever, they just keep on coming to get people who are there for other services and skipping over them with no explanation since 10am. This is not acceptable especially since people queue outside because of the pandemic and they do not have access to the manager to complain. When they ask the people coming outside to collect people they are not even bothered to give them a response. When they ask for the branch manager they are told they can complain on whatever day they get a chance to get inside the branch. My mom has been a loyal standard back customer for over 40years and this is just not acceptable!
