Terrible Service

On 11 December 2024, we requested a cross border letter and a copy of the RC1 document for our vehicle financed through Standard Bank. Today is the 15th of December and we still have not received these documents notwithstanding providing the bank with all the required documentation and advising them of our departure date to Namibia, which is tomorrow. The lack of service is causing us major undue stress. We were first advised that the lady who deals with these applications are on leave "but she is monitoring her emails remotely". After not receiving a reply, we followed up with the Bank, again we were informed that they will attend to the matter. We have since followed up on numerous occasions, both telephonically and via email. Most of our emails have not even been rep**** to. The lack of service and communication is ridiculous. How long does it take to make a copy of a RC1 and send a cross border letter...we got the necessary on the other vehicles financed through other institutions within an hour from requesting it...makes you think...
