terrible service

the service in the banks at Durban central is terrible.... teach your staff to smile, and not treat us like we owe them something. we pay so much of bank charges for there ****ty services, f they have bad moods tell them to keep it at home, secondly the call center is even worst and dont know what the hell they are doing, i called in regarding my finance i was on the call for 30 mins, and was transferred three times to people who still did not help me, if we phone at 07:59 the call center is closed but when i call at 08:00 then there is high call volumes. give your staff proper services.
