Terrible service

I bought building material from mica hardware in Dundee when I returned the items they did a refund to my card since they refused to give me cash since Tuesday I haven't receive my money with their standard bank Marchant my money is taking forever I need my money argent for personal use but they keeping my money with other banks I would have received my money same day or the next day I really hate this
