Terrible service

Standard bank service is extremely terrible, today i went to Braamfontein Branch and the queue for inquires wasn't long, it was just the four of us but they managed to assist me after 55 minutes. Mind you, i went there during my lunch time. Every time when i inquire they want proof of residence even if didn't change the location of which i already submitted just that they don't upload it on their system.

i'm switching to another, i'm sick and tired of your bad service.
