Terrible Service

<p>Shocking to receive such bad service from a financial insitution. My husband has been trying to open a account for 3 weeks. Every attempt has been unsuccessfull as the branch staff don't seem to be conpitent enough. I have also app**** for vehicle finance , with no feedback. What kind of bank is this. Clearly they don't need the client's . I logged a complaint on their complaints site a week ago.....surprise surprise no reply. Terrible service</p>
