TERRIBLE SERVICE
Terrible Service Ive been with standard bank 20+ years I withdrew cash from a standard bank atm few months ago and recieved a bank note with a missing piece. thought I would to to a branch when i have a chance and did today. Cashier said i cant help go to another bank . i then called standard bank and told them . they said they have to accept it and i must speak to a branch manager if they dont want to help. so went back in and told them. then they still dont want to accept. and then cant find they branch manager anywhere.
