Terrible service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>on the 25th of April 2017 I was trying to make an ATM deposit which was not succeful, The money did reach the person I was depositing to neither did it come out of the ATM.I waited and waited by the ATM for the cash to come out but in no luck nothing happed instead the cash deposit option grayed out. On the following day I went to the branch i.e. the woodmead branch in gauteng, logged the incident. I was told within 3 to 5 days I will receive my money. No luck I didn’t get the money was told by the 5th of May I will get the money. I called the following was advised to escalate the incident .I did was given a reference number ( ********** 348) I was informed the incident will be resolved within 5 days.
