Terrible service - 2 weeks to respond

Requested bank statements since 2013 for accountants. It has taken Standard Bank 2 weeks to respond. And only after I posted a previous complaint on Hellopeter did someone notice anything. But I still don't have the statements.<br> <br> Yesterday I was told the statements would definitely be sent before close of day. Nothing received. <br> <br> Week 2 they finally quote me a R1,250 fee to do the job. Get on with it Standard bank. Appallingly bad service!
