terrible

i been given a runaround regarding my account *** that was sold to MacRobert attorneys. This account was settled in 2020 or 2021, as I dont have a proof of payment. I need a PAID-UP LETTER and i am been told that this account was closed but has an outstanding balance. I call Macrobert and was told to contact STDBANK and STDBANK told to call MaCRobert, what a nonsense. can this been investigated and i been contacted urgently
